About KFC Builders

KFC Builders Founder Jerry Kropacek began building at the age of 18 in the Czech Army. When he came to the United States in 1991, he began working as a building customer service for a private corporation, which built over 1,000 tract homes in the Palmdale/Lancaster area. Four years later he was hired by Gold’s Gym Corporation as Project Manager.

In 2004 he founded his own company and has since undertaken numerous projects from new homes and custom additions to remodels and commercial buildings. The KFC team--Jerry and Kim (husband and wife) accompanied by his father and sons--together get the job done.

"We work most of the trades in house," says Jerry, "This lets us get the work done without delays because the same crew members are working at the same job."

"When we start a job we don’t leave until it is finished," Jerry continues, "We work around the schedule of our clients 100%."
